How it works
1. Order
Order as early as you like. You can update the delivery address or pickup date up to 3 days before your rental starts.
2. Shipment
We ship the device for your chosen pickup date — guaranteed to arrive 1 day before you land in Japan.
3. Pick up
Collect it at the airport, your hotel, a post office or your address in Japan.
4. Return
Pack the device in the prepaid envelope and drop it in any Japan Post box by 24:00 on your last day.

Airport
Pick up at Narita, Haneda, Kansai or Fukuoka. Please check the airport counter's opening hours.
Hotel
Delivered to any hotel in Japan — collect it at reception when you check in.
Our Office
Visit our Shinjuku office, or collect at partner points: Fussa (Yokota) / Iwakuni / Sasebo.
Residence
Delivered to your address in Japan, share houses included. Please add the resident's name.
Returning devices
1. Pack
Put the device and all accessories in the prepaid envelope (included). No form to fill in.
2. Drop
Drop it in any Japan Post box, or hand it in at the airport counter before you fly home.
